ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. – Zephyrhills is launching a citywide effort to collect storm-related yard debris starting this weekend. Residents are encouraged to place debris curbside for collection by the Public Works Department.

To ensure efficient pickup, residents must follow these guidelines:

  • Place debris curbside: Do not place debris in alleys or near mailboxes, street signs, fire hydrants, or other structures.
  • No black bags: Debris in black bags will not be collected.
  • Separate household items: Do not mix flood-damaged household items with yard debris.

Important Notes:

  • One-time pickup: Contractors will only make one pass through each area, so have all debris ready this weekend.
  • Schedule for household items: Flood-damaged household items (excluding refrigerators and freezers) will be collected separately. Residents must schedule a pickup by calling 813-780-0022 or submitting a request online at SeeClickFix.com/Zephyrhills.

A detailed yard debris pickup schedule will be released next week. The City appreciates residents’ patience and cooperation during the cleanup and recovery process.
