President Trump’s legal team has filed an appeal in Pennsylvania after a federal judge pulled the wall down in efforts to block the certification of the election results in Pennsylvania.

Michigan and Pennsylvania are both expected to certify their election results on Monday, which would solidly the Biden win for the US Presidency.

On Saturday, the Trump camp, asked for a recount in Georgia, after the historic audit performed showed Biden as the winner.

The December 8th deadline for Resolving Election Disputes is fast approaching. All state recounts and court contests over presidential election results must be completed by this date. (3 U.S.C. § 5). For the majority of states, the date of certification is the same as for all contests, but in eight states there is a deadline that either directly references 3 USC §5 or uses similar language, requiring that disputes surrounding the selection of presidential electors be resolved in time to meet the “safe harbor” deadline: Indiana, Iowa, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
