MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – A Tennessee woman was cited for possessing undersized fish in Marathon, Florida on Tuesday.

Deputy Kevin Gonzalez observed Salley Anne Nelson, 46, with an undersized mutton snapper and an undersized mangrove snapper at the Quay boat ramp around 9:30 p.m.

Nelson was issued a notice to appear in court.
