TAMPA, Fla. – The Tampa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 64-year-old William McCoye Hankins III, who was last seen on foot leaving 5010 N. 40th Street around 2:26 AM today.

Hankins is described as a white male, 6’2″ tall, and weighing approximately 200 pounds. He was wearing a red shirt, black shorts, and black shoes. He is missing his lower teeth and has been diagnosed with schizophrenia.
