Through investigation, officers identified 28-year-old Michael Shaheen as a suspect and obtained a warrant to search his vehicle, a 2007 silver Honda Accord.

On Tuesday evening, officers located the vehicle at Shaheen’s residence. When Shaheen entered the car and attempted to leave, officers initiated a traffic stop. Shaheen refused to exit the vehicle, leading to a standoff that lasted for several hours.
