SAINT PETERSBURG, Fla. – Protesters gathered at North Straub Park this evening and are marching to the St. Pete Pier Grand Opening now.
The crowd is chanting, “Who Built This Pier, Who Owns This Pier, Who Owns This Street.” and “I can’t breathe.”
