A 22-year-old Johns Island, South Carolina, man was killed in a motorcycle crash that happened around 4:41 am on Thursday.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, the man passed through road closure signs and was traveling along the 4th Street North entrance ramp to northbound I-275.
The motorcyclist collided with concrete barrier walls and as ejected from the vehicle.
Transported to an area hospital, the rider later died from injuries suffered during the crash.
