SARASOTA COUNTY, FL. – The Silver Alert issued for 89-year-old Frank Echevarria has been canceled, Mr. Echevarria has been located safe.

The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office was seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered elderly person. 

On 3/14/22 at approximately 10:30 p.m. The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a missing endangered man from his home in Nokomis, Fl.

He was last seen on 3/14/22 at 12:30 pm driving a 2007 black Ford 500 with license plate number JD14R. Frank has signs of dementia.

The initial area was searched but yielded negative results. A Silver Alert has been issued.

Frank’s vehicle went through a license plate reader in Martin County, today 3/15/22 at 12:45 am, headed eastbound toward West Palm Beach.
