HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL. – A Silver Alert has been canceled for a 91-year-old man that was missing out of Hillsborough County.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office was searching for Donald Duke Sr., who left his home on Bearss Avenue just before 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 8, 2021, in a green 1996 Chevrolet Lumina bearing Florida license plate # JP63X.

In a statement Friday, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said, “Donald Duke Sr. has been located safely. Many thanks to the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office and the public for their assistance.”

Duke suffers from dementia and is without his medication. He is approximately 6’2″ with a medium build. He has short white hair and green eyes.
