WESLEY CHAPEL, FL. – Pasco Sheriff’s Office is investigating a suspicious incident that took place in Wesley Chapel.

Investigators say on March 16 around 11 a.m., an individual approached at least two residences in the Wesley Chapel area.

Deputies say the individual claimed to be from the Department of Health and Human Services conducting a mental health survey.

When the man was asked for identification, he evaded the question. The man was wearing a ball cap, light-colored pants, and a two-toned shirt. 

Deputies say the man drove a dark gray Toyota Camry, with a Florida tag 75BICQ.
