SARASOTA, Fla. - The Sarasota Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing person.

SARASOTA, Fla. – The Sarasota Police Department was asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, but the search is over, and 67-year-old Roger May has been located safe in Pasco County.

“Mr. May has been found safe in New Port Richey. Thank you to everyone who helped look for him. The family and our agency greatly appreciate it, said the Sarasota police department.

Roger May, 67, of Sarasota, was last seen at about 10:30 am Thursday, June 29, 2023, walking near the 1700 block of 18th Street, Sarasota.

Mr. May is 5’7″, 150 lbs, and has gray hair and a short gray beard. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, long sleeve green shirt and blue jeans. Due to a medical condition, he is considered endangered.
