Sarasota Gun Shop Shooting Leaves One Injured

SARASOTA, Fla.– Deputies from the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) rushed to High Noon Guns, a local gun shop on Bee Ridge Road, following reports of a shooting on Wednesday afternoon. Upon arrival at approximately 3:38 p.m., they found a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim, whose identity has not been released, was immediately transported to Sarasota Memorial Hospital. The extent of his injuries and current condition remain unknown.

Sheriff’s investigators are actively working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting. While the investigation is ongoing, SCSO assures the public that there appears to be no immediate threat to the community.
