Rams players and head coach Sean McVay spoke highly of Tom Brady after the game knowing you’re never out of it when you’re playing the greatest of all time. But the big question is, will Tom Brady make it to season 23?
“All I was thinking about was winning,” Brady said. That’s always my mentality to try and go out there and win. Give us the best chance to win.” Brady says he’s still processing the loss.
“I haven’t put a lot of thought into it,” Brady said. “We will just take it day by day and see where we are at.”
Rams Qb Matthew Stafford was sharp, throwing it 38 times for 366 yards and two touchdowns. Stafford hit Cooper Kupp for a 70-yard score to put the Rams up 17-3 and it looked like it was going to be a Rams rout.
The Bucs made a miraculous comeback in the 4th quarter to tie it at 27-27 but Rams kicker Matt Gay sealed the win with a 30-yard field goal to send the Rams into the NFC Championship game.
Bucs head coach Bruce Arians says he’s definitely coming back and admits there will be a lot of changes with regards to the roster.
