LAKELAND, Fla. – Detectives from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office are trying to identify the man pictured below for stealing beer. The theft occurred on February 23rd, shortly before 5:00 a.m. in Lakeland at Nick and Moe’s gas station.

Heartland Crime Stoppers posted, “The suspect walks around the store, continually watching the front of the store before grabbing three 24-packs of Heineken beer. The suspect then squats down behind a merchandise display to make sure no one is watching before quickly exiting the store with the stolen beer.”

He drove away in a grey vehicle (possibly a Nissan) with a Florida license plate of 579-PZB.
