LAKELAND, Fla. – Polk County Sheriff’s Office needs your help identifying a suspect that was flipping door handles in Lakeland.

According to investigators, on Thursday, December 21, 2023, residents in the Reflections West subdivision in Lakeland spotted suspicious activity – a black sedan with at least one suspect getting in and out of the car, checking door handles.

The suspect was a black male wearing a UNC light blue hoodie, athletic shorts, white socks, and slides.
