TAMPA, Fla. – Jet Sern Law, a 36-year-old Plant City man, has been indicted on federal charges of international parental kidnapping.
According to the indictment, Law removed a minor child from the United States in August 2024, with the intent to obstruct the child’s mother’s parental rights.

If convicted, Law faces a maximum penalty of three years in federal prison. The case is being investigated by the FBI.
