Pittsburgh Man Indicted On Federal Fentanyl Charge

A federal grand jury in Pittsburgh has indicted 22-year-old Drew Gordon on charges of violating federal narcotics laws. The indictment accuses Gordon of possessing fentanyl with the intent to distribute it on or around August 30, 2024.

If convicted, Gordon faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1 million. The court will determine the actual sentence based on the severity of the offense and Gordon’s prior criminal history.

The investigation leading to the indictment was a collaborative effort involving multiple federal and local law enforcement agencies. Assistant United States Attorney Douglas C. Maloney is prosecuting the case on behalf of the government.
