Pasco County is included in the National Weather Service’s 5-day forecast for this storm system, so please monitor local media and weather outlets for the latest updates. Meanwhile, there are several things you can do now to prepare for any potential impacts:

 Secure loose items around your home and yard. (Lawn chairs, umbrellas, trash cans, etc.)

 Low-lying areas are prone to flooding. Please avoid all floodwaters.

 Check your Disaster Kit, and make sure it also includes face coverings and hand sanitizer.

 Have a plan for you and your family. (Accommodations, child/elder/pet care, etc.)

 Maintain a list of important family numbers and contacts.

 For important Pasco updates, download the MyPasco App and sign up for Alert Pasco.

 Know your evacuation zone, which you can find in the Pasco County Disaster Preparedness Guide: bit.ly/EMDisasterGuide

 Pasco County Customer Service is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please call 727.847.2411 with any questions or concerns.
