PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – On Safer Internet Day, the Pasco Sheriff’s Office reminds the public that safeguarding oneself in the digital realm is a growing concern.

Like safeguarding a physical residence, digital security is critical for preventing online hacks and attacks so that users can connect securely.

Adequate protection and security are among the most effective defenses against online fraud and scams. PSO recommends the following internet safety practices to safeguard your data while online:
