PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Ruth Schaefer has been located and is safe, according to Pasco Sheriff’s Office.

Previous Report: The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 24-year-old woman, Ruth Schaefer.

Schaefer was last seen in the early morning hours of October 17th, around 2:15 AM, near US Highway 19 in Port Richey. She is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with blue eyes and red hair.

At the time of her disappearance, Schaefer was wearing a black Madden jacket, a black top, and black shorts.
