PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Kathryn Effron has been located and is safe, according to Pasco Sheriff’s Office.
Pasco Sheriff’s deputies were searching for Kathryn Effron, a missing/runaway 16-year-old.
Effron is 5’1”, around 110 lbs., with long brown hair and brown eyes.

Effron was last seen on August 2, around 1 p.m., in the Pamela Dr. area of Holiday and was last seen wearing a black and white tank top, ripped blue jeans, gray backpack, and white Converse shoes.
