PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Pasco County’s Media Relations and Communications division recently earned two prestigious Telly Awards, marking a milestone with their first gold Telly for a video that details the transformation of biosolids into fertilizer.
The team also secured a bronze Telly in the 45th annual Telly Awards, an event that celebrates outstanding video and television work across various platforms.
The 2024 Telly-winning videos from Pasco County include:

Both videos were produced in-house and competed in the Government Relations-Non-Broadcast category.
Pasco County Administrator Mike Carballa expressed his pride in the team’s achievement, stating, “This is an incredible honor for our Media Relations & Communications team and for our entire organization. This marks our fifth Telly Award, which underscores our commitment to effectively communicate and share our stories with the community.”
