Pasco County Central Permitting is now accepting new residential permit applications electronically through its upgraded Accela online portal, which can be accessed via:
https://www.pascocountyfl.net/394/central-permitting
Document submission, digital plan review, and a comprehensive instructional video series are all accessible through the upgraded portal to better serve customers and reduce processing times.
Customers will continue to have the option to drop off printed plans at Central Permitting locations in New Port Richey, Land O’Lakes, or Dade City.
