PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Pasco County is making it easier for residents to report damage caused by Hurricane Milton with a new online tool. The “Report Damage” feature, available at MyPasco.net, allows residents to quickly and easily submit information about non-emergency damages to homes and businesses.

“This tool will help us gather crucial information about the extent of the damage in our community,” said a Pasco County official. “This data will be used to determine if Pasco County qualifies for federal financial assistance.”

How to Use the Tool

Residents can access the “Report Damage” tool in several ways:

  • Website: Visit MyPasco.net
  • Direct link: mypas.co/ReportDamage
  • Customer Service: Call or chat with Customer Service at 727.847.2411 or through MyPasco.net

The online form allows residents to provide details about the damage and even upload photos.

  • This tool is for reporting structural damage to homes and businesses only.
  • Do NOT use this tool to report downed trees or debris. Call Customer Service at 727.847.2411 to report those issues.
