TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa Police responded to the report of gunshots heard in the 3700 block of N. Tampa St. just after 9:00 AM Tuesday. 

Officers arrived to find a deceased adult white male in his 30s who had succumbed to a gunshot wound.

The shooter remained on the scene, and all parties have been identified.

“While it is early in the investigation, this does not appear to be a random incident,” said Tampa Police Department PIO, Eddy Durkin.
