POLK COUNTY, Fla. – An 18-year-old from Mulberry, Florida, was arrested after allegedly stealing vape products from a convenience store in Bradley.

“Well, they don’t play in Bradley,” said Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd. “So he goes into a convenience store in Bradley, the only convenience store in Bradley, and starts stealing Vape. Products, Delta eight, We call it marijuana light.”

Zachary Coolidge is accused of entering the store wearing a mask and gloves and stealing Delta-8 THC products. A store clerk and a customer confronted Coolidge, who then fled the scene.

Polk County Sheriff’s deputies located Coolidge in Mulberry and took him into custody. He reportedly confessed to the theft.

“Our deputies and detectives, who are simply the very best, find him on Temple Street, in Mulberry, where he lives. So we take him into custody, which is also known as an arrest. He confessed and said, “Hey, I just wanted to smoke.” Well, we just want to arrest you. That’s why he’s in the county jail,” said Sheriff Judd.
