Man Sleeping In His Car At Lakeland Circle K Has Wallet Stolen; Polk County Deputies Seek Suspect LAKELAND, Fla. - The Polk County Sheriff's Offic
LAKELAND, Fla. – The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a car burglary that occurred in the early morning hours of Friday, August 9, 2024, at the Circle K on Memorial Blvd in Lakeland.
The victim was sleeping in his parked car when an unknown suspect stole his wallet containing all of his debit cards.

The suspect then attempted to use the stolen cards at the same store between 3:00 and 6:00 a.m. The victim discovered the theft upon waking up and receiving fraud alerts from his bank.
