Living With Wild Hogs in Florida, Learn and Protect

While not native to Florida, wilds can be located in all 67 counties in Florida. According to the FWC. wild hogs are found in various habitats but prefer oak-cabbage palm hammocks, freshwater marshes and sloughs, pine Flatwoods, and more open agricultural areas. 

They usually travel in small family groups or alone. Wild hogs eat a variety of plants and animals and feed by rooting with their broad snouts.
