TAMPA, Fla. – Josephine Lerner has been located safe, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
“This alert has been canceled. Thank you to all who assisted in this effort!” said HCSO.
Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office was asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman with Alzheimer’s.

Deputies say Josephine Joyce Lerner, 79, was last seen walking north of Publix at 13178 N. Dale Mabry Hwy on Saturday, April 27, 2024, around 7:30 p.m.
She was last seen wearing tan shorts, a black shirt, and a black sweater.
