HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – Hillsborough County District 3 Deputies responded to Tampa Shores Boulevard after a black bear was spotted running through an apartment complex early Saturday morning.

According to deputies, the bear was last seen in the Eldorado Drive and Desoto Court area.

“Our team will remain vigilant while the bear is moving on to ensure everyone stays safe,” said HCSO.

Stay aware and report any sightings to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office at 813-247-8200 or the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
