WEEKI WACHEE, Fla. – UPDATE – This man has been located and is safe. The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance from our media partners and the community in locating a MISSING ENDANGERED ADULT.

Thomas Othouse was last seen at his residence in Weeki Wachee at approximately 8 p.m., on 12-09-20.  Neighbors saw him leaving in the vehicle described below after his wife was transported to the hospital by ambulance.  Family members believe he was attempting to go to the hospital.

Mr. Othouse was driving a black 2010 Lincoln MKZ bearing Florida tag/APJS90 (similar vehicle pictured below).

Mr. Othouse has been diagnosed with dementia and AFIB (which requires medication).

Thomas Othouse’s physical description is as follows:

  • White Male
  • Date of Birth – 10-26-40
  • Height – 5’11”
  • Weight – 400 lbs.
  • Hair – Grey
  • Eyes – Brown
  • Last seen wearing – Unknown clothing description.
