HERNANDO COUNTY, FL – Heather Lutz has been located safe, according to Hernando County Sheriff’s Office.

The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office was requesting assistance from our media partners and the community in locating a MISSING ENDANGERED ADULT.

Heather Lutz left Bravera Health Spring Hill on Jan. 2, 2022, at approximately 1 p.m.  Deputies say that she was on foot, walking away in an “unknown direction” of travel. 

Investigators say that Heather was still under a Baker Act when she left the hospital. Her whereabouts are unknown at this time, but deputies say she is known to be a transient in Pasco County.

Heather Lutz’s physical description is:

  • White Female
  • Date of Birth – 11-09-1985
  • Height – 5’3″
  • Weight – 165
  • Hair – Blonde
  • Eyes – Blue
  • Last seen wearing – white shirt, purple shorts and no shoes.
