PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Arthur Seay Jr. has been located and is safe, according to Paso Sheriff’s Office.
Pasco Sheriff’s deputies were searching for Arthur Seay Jr., a missing/endangered 9-year-old.
Seay is 4’6″ around 80 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes and was last seen on May 20 around 1:15 p.m., in the Kingtisbury Ct. area of Land O’ Lakes.
