HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL. – Put on your scariest, cutest, silliest, or best costume and join Hillsborough County Parks & Recreation for a wide variety of family-friendly Halloween activities.
From Halloween movies in the park and costume contests to Halloween-themed skate jams and an inclusive dance for adults with disabilities, Parks & Recreation has something to offer everyone. All events are free.
TRUNK OR TREAT:
Activities: Costumes, games, prizes, and, of course, candy!
Trunk or Treat will be held from 6-9 p.m. on Oct. 29 at the following locations:
- Northdale Park & Recreation Center, 15550 Spring Pine Dr., Tampa, FL 33624. Activities will include a costume contest, maze, haunted hallway, carnival-style games, candy, and prizes.
- Ruskin Park & Recreation Center, 901 6th St. SE, Ruskin, FL 33570. Activities will include a costume contest, decorated trunk contest, parade, candy, and prizes.
MOVIES IN THE PARK:
Free, family-fun event to enjoy under the stars and watch some of your favorite family movies.
Movies begin at 7:30 p.m. at the following locations:

HALLOWEEN SKATE JAM:
Grab your board and compete against other skaters in the spooktacular Halloween Skate Jam! Best Trick Contest, Coffin Race, and Best Costume Contest.
Halloween Skate Jam will be held from 5-8 p.m. at the following locations:
- Oct. 23, Carrollwood Village Skate Park,4680 W. Village Dr., Tampa, FL 33624
- Oct. 29, Jackson Springs Skate Park, 8612 Jackson Springs Rd., Tampa, FL 33615

HALLOWEEN BALL FOR ALL:
Adults with disabilities are invited to put on their best Halloween costume and hit the dance floor.
The dance will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
