TAMPA, Fla. – Fuzion Spice, located at 13709 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33618 in the plaza with Vallarta’s Mexican and The Cake Girl, opened their doors today for business. They are hungry for you to try their new creations and delicious food options. To sweeten the deal, it’s Buy One Get One Free Entree’s all month long!

Fuzion Spice is an Asian fusion restaurant that is family owned and operated. Even though they are new to the area, they are not new to the food industry- operating restaurants for the last 35 years in Indiana in addition to focusing on event catering. When they moved to Tampa just a couple of months ago, they knew that they wanted to make a local impact with food that people have not gotten before, and their food is authentic and inspired by their Chinese heritage. What makes them unique is the flare that they add to their Asian inspired dishes, making them not so traditional.

On the menu is everything from chicken to seafood options, one of my favorites was the Sriracha Shrimp, which resembles the commonly known Bang Bang Shrimp that many people love, with their own fusion spin of course! The shrimp are fresh, large, and super tender over seasoned rice and veggies.

From the moment you walk in the door, you feel like family! One of their mottos is: Share the Joy with those around you because Life is Good when you’re with those you call family. Not only does this motto accurately reflect the awesome service that you will experience, but the quality of their food is out of this world. And, they want to hear about what you loved about your experience! Their menu will change a little over the next few weeks as they test the market and listen to their customers’ feedback. “New creations will come as we listen to our customers and what they want to eat; we want to create a local restaurant that people love,” said Jane, one of the inspirational family members behind the concept.

I would highly recommend you give them a try, let them know Kirby with The Free Press sent you!
