POK COUNTY, FL. – The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is happy to report that Mr. Gilbert Ketler has been located and is safe. At about 9:27 AM on Friday, February 18, 2022, PCSO Missing Persons detectives were notified that Mr. Ketler was located in Warminster Pennsylvania.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office issued a SILVER ALERT this afternoon for 72-year-old Gilbert Ketler, who was last seen leaving his home on High Vista Drive in Davenport around 9:15 a.m. this morning, Thursday, February 17, 2022.

Mr. Ketler was driving his white 2005 Toyota Sienna minivan with FL tag IFX9.

Deputies say he was wearing tan shorts, a blue shirt, a tan jacket, and his glasses. He is 5’10” tall, with blue eyes and gray hair. A photo of him is attached to this release.

Mr. Ketler has Type-2 diabetes and Parkinson’s disease. Officials thought that he was possibly heading to Pennsylvania, which he was.
