A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert was issued for Delyla Middleton, a biracial female, 1-year-old, unknown height, 30 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes, and Dekarsen Middleton, a biracial male, 2 years old, unknown height, 39 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes.
The children were last seen in the area of the 100 block of Comet Avenue in Panama City, Florida.
