Florida Decides Healthcare, a political committee aiming to expand Medicaid eligibility in the state, received a $250,000 contribution from the Gulf Coast Community Foundation this month.
The committee is pushing for a constitutional amendment on the 2026 ballot that would require the state to provide Medicaid coverage to adults aged 18-65 with incomes up to 138% of the federal poverty level, a significant increase from the current threshold.
