A Florida man has been arrested and charged in a case of human trafficking that is beyond comprehension.
James Peter Houllis, 56, of Spring Hill, Florida, had two separate victims, an adult and a minor with mental handicaps, that he sexually assaulted after having them sign contracts.
Deputies rescued the two human trafficking victims, a child and an adult woman.

Hernando County Sheriff Al Nienhuis said the child victim was a runaway from Charlotte County that investigators were searching for and had a tip that the child may have been on Pinehill Drive in Spring Hill.
Houllis told investigators that he and the adult victim thought the child was 18 years of age and kicked out of her home in Charlotte County.
“As the investigation unfolded, it became apparent that [the adult victim] was also a victim of human trafficking by our suspect,” Nienhuis said.
“Young adult victim number 1 advised that our suspect physically strangled the juvenile during sexual activity, and because she knew how rough [Houllis] could be, she actually traded places with the victim to keep that juvenile victim safe,”

Before this case, investigators say that Houllis sold the adult victim for sex to multiple men in the state of Colorado.
“Definitely a sick individual to say the least,” Nienhuis said. “Since 1980, he has had 53 different residences. I can assure you these moves were not for job promotions.”
“He was on the move constantly,” said Neinhuis.
Offices say that there may be more victims and ask the public to come forward with information.
