Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis blasted conservative activist Chaya Raichik after the Libs of TikTok account posted an untruth about Florida state law.
After posting a link to a television news story about three illegal aliens from Guatemala who are accused by Palm Beach County authorities of kidnapping a woman and sexually battering her, Chaya Raichik was called out by DeSantis for “lying” about Florida law.
“This normally quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Florida was shaken this week when 3 illegals from Guatemala were arrested for forcing a woman into a car and s*xually ass*ulting her. Apparently FL also gives illegals drivers licenses! Biden’s open borders allows v*olent criminals to terrorize Americans,” said Libs of TikTok (Raichik) on X.
Florida Gov. DeSantis shot back, “@libsoftiktok got community noted for lying about FL law, which not only prohibits illegal aliens from getting drivers licenses but also prohibits recognition of licenses issued to illegal aliens from other states. Truth shouldn’t be a casualty of attempts to generate clicks and engagement farm.”

“They shouldn’t be here. This is the same thing that we saw where the student was killed by the person who was here illegally. That’s why we pay so much attention. Folks, our border is the ocean. There’s no fence there. We are the fence. That’s why we spend as much time as we do and dedicate resources to stopping people before they get here. In all likelihood, these three people came through Mexico. They didn’t come through here,” said Bradshaw.
