BAY COUNTY, Fla. – Florida Governor Ron DeSantis today announced the appointment of Tracy Smith as Judge on the Bay County Court.
Smith brings a wealth of legal experience to the position, having served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit since 2020. Prior to that, she worked as the Insurance and Risk Manager for the Bay County School Board.

Smith holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a juris doctor from Cumberland School of Law. She will fill the vacancy left by the retirement of Judge Grammer.
