The “Trump Accident Tracker” remains stuck at zero. DeSantis War Room, the rapid response team for Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis, continued to highlight the flubs by former President Donald Trump.
This time it was from Trump’s speech in Iowa on Sunday.
During his comments, Trump welcomed the Iowa crowd by saying he was glad to be Sioux Falls, which is actually in South Dakota.

Trump also asserted that Hungary borders both Ukraine and Russia. Hungary is actually on the western border of Ukraine, far from Russia.
The former president also noted that “losers” believed he would get Mexico to build the border wall. He then trotted out his familiar defense of that unkept promise by saying there was no “legal instrument” that allowed him to force Mexico to fund construction of the wall.
Trump also maintained that he was sticking with his teleprompter during his speech. “With a teleprompter, you can’t make a mistake!” he proclaimed.

After his obvious errors, DeSantis War Room noted, “That’s why he’s still 0 days accident free!”
“Who does that remind you of?” the account added in another post, suggesting Trump is acting more like the man he wants to beat in the 2024 election, President Joe Biden. “This is not the Donald Trump from 2016.”
