MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – A 43-year-old Satellite Beach man was arrested on Friday for allegedly defrauding a couple in Islamorada.

Michael Zachariah Woolington was charged with larceny and fraud.

According to authorities, Woolington agreed to construct a home addition for the couple and received a final payment of $4,000. However, he failed to pull the necessary permits and did not complete the project.

A warrant was issued for Woolington’s arrest, and he was taken into custody on Friday.
