A tractor-trailer, driven by a 40-year-olf Ocala man, was traveling eastbound on Dunnellon Road, east of Rousseau Drive when a tire blew out. The driver lost control of the tractor trailer which departed the roadway and entered the south shoulder, collided with several trees, overturned and caught fire.

Shortly after the crash occurred, two Good Samaritans arrived, saw the fiery crash, ran to the driver struggling to exit the vehicle, cut his seatbelt, removed him from the vehicle, and provided aid until the arrival of fire crews and paramedics.
