A 41-year-old inmate who escaped from a New Hampshire hospital while receiving medical treatment was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Massachusetts Friday morning.
Anthony Clark, facing trial on multiple state charges including assault, domestic violence, and witness tampering, fled Concord Hospital in Laconia on July 28.

Despite wearing an electronic ankle bracelet, Clark managed to remove the device, triggering a tamper alert that went unnoticed.
On August 1, a federal complaint was filed against Clark for violating the Fugitive Felon Act. He was apprehended in South Boston and appeared in federal court in Concord on Friday.

Clark’s arrest is a result of the collaborative efforts of multiple law enforcement agencies working together to bring him back into custody.
