On Friday, YouTube temporarily suspended Dan Bongino’s channel and demonetized Bongino’s account for at least 30 days for violating the platform’s COVID-19 misinformation policy.
The suspension comes after Bongino said that masks are “useless” in stopping the spread of COVID.
Bongino, who currently hosts shows on Fox News and Fox Nation, will be able to reapply for the program in 30 days if the underlying issues that led to the removal are addressed.
Bongino responded to YouTube on Parler Friday stating, “YouTube just suspended my channel for daring to question the mask fascists. I guess they were waiting for an apology from me. But that’s not quite how it worked out for them. Here’s my email to “Coco” at YouTube telling them to plant a big wet kiss on my ass. Join us on Rumble and stick it to these communists.”
Rumble tweeted that it is “proud” to carry Bongino’s podcast on its platform.
