HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL. – – Motorists can expect delays in the Town ‘N Country area on Tuesday and Wednesday as CSX does maintenance at a railroad crossing on Sheldon Road between West Linebaugh and West Waters avenues.
The work is being done by CSX repair crews and should begin on Tuesday, May 11 and be complete by Wednesday, May 12.
The closure is expected to impact traffic. Motorists who use Sheldon Road are asked to avoid the area and can follow detour signs to get around the closure by using Hanley Road, just east of Sheldon Road, connecting Linebaugh and Waters.
Barricades and signs will direct motorists around work crews. Drivers are urged to use caution in this area.
