The brutal murder of a 22-year-old woman has remained unsolved for nearly 29 years, and police need your help in solving this crime.
On October 11, 1992, the body of Suk Yee Chang, 22, was found in her bathroom at 4004 W. Estrella in Tampa.
Police say she was bound from behind and gagged with duct tape. She was unclothed from the waist down, with multiple injuries to her head and back.
Chang suffered a gunshot wound to the back of the head. There was no sign of forced entry into her residence, nor was any property noted to be missing, according to investigators.
