CLEARWATER, FL. – In what is described as a first-of-its-kind transaction, an UberEats delivery driver based in Clearwater has signed up his first customer for a new mobile CRM App that is based on Whatsapp.
Whatsapp Buddy is designed to automatically convert any local numbers from 195 countries that have country calling codes and provide access to the Internet from mobile phones. Whatsapp Buddy is currently conducting a soft launch in several countries including the US, India, Nigeria, El Salvador & Brazil.
Residents in all of these countries use Whatsapp to communicate with their relatives in the US but they are finding it useful for text messaging, group messaging, small business communications to employees as well as taking photos and videos and sending Zoom links for meetings.
Now, Cal Tiger, CEO of Virtualx Technologies, who recently closed funding from some local angel investors has decided to expand his operations to all 5 continents by using Whatsapp, Zoom, Google Drive, and other low-cost tools that are available to everyone.
Tiger says that he is in process of launching the app in the Google Play Store presently, using a resource he found on Fiverr who specializes in going through the App Store submission process. The app which doubles up as a simple mobile CRM has some patent-pending features, such as navigating to customer addresses by just pushing the GPS button.
Whatsapp Buddy has been developed with Google Flutter and uses Google Authentication plus uses Firebase calling, texting, and URL launching features that allow customers to communicate instantly with customers, who can be located anywhere in the globe.
The target market for Whatsapp Buddy is small business users such as Real Estate Brokers; Home Improvement Contractors as well as Home Inspectors, Field Service Organizations, busy professionals, students, and even moms who have to juggle schedules of their kids and their spouses.
“Whatsapp Buddy is free for Consumers who are based in India, El Salvador, Nigeria, Brazil, Ukraine & most emerging markets (eg, Central America & Africa). In other countries in the West, or where GDP/capita is >$25K USD p.a we will invoice you via Coinbase in either SHIB, BTC or ETH Tokens,” said Founder Cal Tiger.
Presently, today’s cost of Whatsapp Buddy is Sh. 40,346.98, which works out to $1.00 at present conversion rates. We prefer SHIB tokens because we pay our developers in Africa with SHIB Tokens:-)
The first customer for Whatsapp Buddy is Alex McDaniel, a Sarasota-based gig worker who delivers UberEats tablets to customers in the Tampa Bay area.
According to the founder of Whatsapp Buddy, Cal Tiger, who owns several patents in the Cloud and messaging space, the new investors have helped to establish a new valuation of $1 million for the CRM business. He is now -planning to sell 48% interest in his CRM software portfolio as an NFT for $480K.
The CRM portfolio includes 99centCRM.com, Whatsapp Buddy, and SmartNDA which uses electronic signatures for users to review and sign documents instantly without using Fax machines or driving to meet customers. Mindful of the risk involved in high tech startups, software, and cryptocurrency (eg, NFTs), Virtualx Technologies plans to offer 25 tokens for $20K each that can be exchanged for the developer and technical support services ranging from $25/hr to $40/hr.
At $25/hr, this will provide up to 800 hrs of consulting services to cash-strapped startups and small businesses who are still reeling from the Pandemic.
