A 38-year-old Brooksville man was killed in a crash that happened around 11:12 pm on Wednesday, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

BROOKSVILLE, Fla. – A 38-year-old Brooksville man was killed in a crash that happened around 11:12 pm on Wednesday, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

Troopers say the man was traveling westbound on SR-50. At the intersection of
Hale Avenue, a tractor-trailer made a U-Turn into the path of the 38-year-old man’s car.

The car collided with the trailer and the driver suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash, according to Troopers.
